Hi Kororo san, Thank you. This time we picked many shiitake when you ordered. So it was a special chance to put in some extra. Different than usual times. Thank you for your photo and comment! Hope your daughter likes the "baby" shiitake. Cute.

Hi Hatsumin san, You use your shiitake very well. Drying some. Salt/pickling some. And using lots fresh too. Your dishes look warm for the body and delicious. Thanks for sharing your cooking ideas. It's nice to see different ways to use shiitake. When you eat all your shiitake, we will be ready with more! Thank you!

Hi Chataro san. So you fried the agge and then put it in the rice cooker? Nice approach. It looks delicious in the photo. I hope the herbs make new roots soon. And you will have a mini Bruce Farm "Tsuma's garden". Fun! Are the baby shiitake growing on your log?

Hi Hatsumin san. Nice eggs and salted mushrooms. With bacon..mmmmm.. Thank you for getting 1kg. I am glad you can use all of them. Amazing! Yes the weather gets hot and cold. And I am enjoying this beautiful Autumn weather now. I hope you are too. The shiitake were growing a bit too fast on the hot days. So a little soft. When it cools down, the shiitake will be the best. Take care and thank you.

Hi Monreal san. Nice roasting! those shiitake look better than real life. the golden brown looks so delicious. thank you for sharing your words and images with us!
